More Moonlight

The above photo shows the right side of the Headwaters area (left half of photo) and the summit of Lone Peak enshrouded in a thin cloud. The Big Sky tram hut can barely be seen at the top.

After a relaxing day of groomers and a bit of filming, we headed to the Moonlight Lodge, my absolute favorite apres-ski place for relaxing and reminiscing about the day's adventures. Most of us visited the spectacular outdoor hot tub or pool and soothed the tired muscles. The view from the hot tub looks right up the terrain of the Challenger lift at Big Sky and you can see the summit of the peak also. It's the perfect way to end a great day of skiing.
