Monday - Beehive Basin Hike

On Monday, Tom and Lori had another full day planned. In the afternoon, we all did one of my favorite hikes in the area, Beehive Basin. After that, Tom and Lori played a full round of golf at the Arnold Palmer course in the Meadow Village. This was Lori's first time playing a round of golf (she has been taking lessons) and managed to get a birdie and par during her round!! Wow.

The next day, Tom, Lori, Laurie and I drove to Bozeman. The three of them were flying out on the same flight through Denver. Laurie was heading back to Chicago for work, ending her stay in Montana for the summer. We had a nice lunch at a deli on Main Street and managed to get a little browsing in at the art galleries and shops on Main.

We were really glad to have Tom and Lori visit us here in Big Sky. They certainly made the most of their time here. In the time they were here, they managed to go horseback riding, rafting, golfing, hiking, shopping, and spent a full day in Yellowstone. Now we have to get Lori back here for some skiing in the winter!!
