Great Plate!!

Wish I Could!!

While driving in Bozeman last night (just before picking up Laurie at the airport), Chelsea and I spotted this great license plate message on a Subaru from Alaska no less. Just had to snap a photo of it...because I really do wish I could.

Chelsea and I grabbed a fantastic meal at Mackenzie River Pizza Co. in downtown Bozeman. This restaurant is quite good but my Pesto Chicken Linguine tonight was one of the best pasta dishes I've had EVER, and that is saying a whole lot. I consumed the pasta with a fresh Mai Bock from the Snake River Brewing Co. Ba-da-bing!!

After dinner, we headed to the new Cold Stone Creamery near 15th Ave. and ordered some ice cream. Chelsea had a concoction called Chocolate Devotion and I chose one called Peanut Butter Perfection. What a decadent night of gastronomic delights this was! Thanks go out to our waitress for giving us the tip about this ice cream shop.

Laurie's flight was on time at 10pm and, on the way back to Big Sky, she finished off my now room-temperature pasta meal. No matter. She still seemed to inhale it as I had just a couple hours ago. With the Laurie's quarter over, I now have new blood to inflict my hiking/biking desires on. Yeah! A real vacation for Laurie. It's about time.
