July 9 - Athabasca Falls

Indian Paintbrush is everywhere right now and Mom wanted me to get a nice photo of one. Maybe she'll put it on canvas when she gets home.

Late in the morning we drove south about 20 some odd miles to see Athabasca Falls.  It's an impressive waterfall with very close vantage points so you really feel the power of the water.
