Merry Moose

While we were out and about today in Big Sky we came upon these moose. Jim spotted a bull moose this morning from our condo but then later we saw this cow and her calf strolling around the golf course.

Colin took some better photos with his SLR camera but since we were only 30 feet away (safely in our car) this one came out okay.

This morning we saw some blue skies but by noontime it was beginning to snow again. They are predicting another 6-12 inches in the next 24 hours!!! Tomorrow we will be skiing in this winter wonderland... I can't think of a better way to spend Christmas.
