Morning Stroll on Grand Hyatt Grounds

It was a LONG 6.5 hour direct flight from LAX to Lihue, HI due to 90 knot headwinds; about an hour longer than usual. After the typically frustrating period of time between landing and driving away in the rental car, we had an uneventful drive in the dark to the hotel. It's always strange arriving someplace new at nighttime.  But the morning surprise is often wonderful. This was the case this morning. 

Laurie had a morning phone call to do, so I decided to stroll around the incredible grounds of the Grand Hyatt. 

Now it's time for breakfast.
