Lasting Images of the Trip

I have many memorable images in my mind of this father/son trip. This was much more than just another ski trip.

I was most impressed with Colin's determination to get good nature photographs. He has remarkable patience for the craft and the Tetons provided ample opportunity for amazing wildlife sightings.

I will remember the long drive we took all the way to Jackson Lodge where we witnessed a spectacular winter sunset above the mountains, another drive east of the park where we saw at least a dozen moose in the flatlands, watching thousands of elk mingling in the National Elk Refuge, hanging out in the nice hotel room watching football games (WVU, Steelers), enjoying the in-room jacuzzi and hotel bathrobes, and of course the great skiing at Jackson Hole.
