Day 4 Evening

In the evening, after an early dinner, we went back into the park near Gardiner. Again, here is a shot with side lighting throwing long shadows onto the landscape. It was a nice warm evening in this warmest part of the park.


Prickly pear is abundant here and I found these grasshoppers working amongst the thorns.

Off to bed to get rested for our final day of the tour. What did Yellowstone (and Tom) have in mind for us tomorrow?
